After the first lesson, you can decide whether you want to continue the course or not. If the lesson is not to your liking, we will be happy to recommend someone else. But we are sure you will enjoy the lesson!

less than 24 hours before the lesson - 100% of the price (You will receive materials for self-study.)
Lessons on Monday must be cancelled by 4 pm on Friday

We process some of your personal data (name and email address) if you are our client, have been our client in the past, or have expressed interest in our services. We need this data for the following purposes:

the provision of services, the performance of a contract
bookkeeping
marketing - sending newsletters

2. We process personal data for as long as necessary or until the consent to receive marketing communications is withdrawn. Upon request, we will give you in writing information on whether we keep any of your personal data, or delete it upon your request.

3. To provide specific processing operations that we cannot provide on our own, we use the services of processors who thereby have access to some of your data (in particular email addresses). These are:

4. Both tutors and course participants acknowledge that any information they obtain about each other during their studies is considered highly confidential and sensitive and will be treated as such.
