1st lesson is for 50% 

After the first lesson, you can decide whether you want to continue the course or not. If the lesson is not to your liking, we will be happy to recommend someone else. But we are sure you will enjoy the lesson!

Cancellation policy for individual courses

• more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson - 0
• less than 24 hours before the lesson - 50% of the price
• Lessons on Monday must be cancelled by 4 pm on Friday
• less than 1 hour before the scheduled lesson - 100% of the price

We are not subjected to VAT.

1. We process some of your personal data (your name and email address) if you are our client, have been our client in the past or have been interested in our services. We need it for:

• the provision of services, the performance of a contract
• bookkeeping
• marketing - sending newsletters

2. We process personal data for as long as necessary or until the consent to receive marketing communications is withdrawn. Upon request, we will give you in writing information on whether we keep any of your personal data, or delete it upon your request.

3. To provide specific processing operations that we cannot provide on our own, we use the services of processors who thereby have access to some of your data (in particular email addresses). These are:

• Google Analytics
• Ecomail
• Fakturoid

4. Both tutors and course participants acknowledge that any information they obtain about each other during their studies is considered highly confidential and sensitive and will be treated as such.
