Choose the learning format that best fits your schedule and goals.
Individual Courses
Do you want to speak, read, listen and write? Or practise grammar and play games? We are able to prepare a course focused on precisely what you would like to improve in and learn.
Group Courses
Would you prefer to do these activities in a small group of other students? In groups of 2-4 students you'll not only conquer Czech but have buckets of fun doing so!
Discussion Club
Are you looking for someone to speak and practise your Czech with? Come and join us for a drink and the opportunity to speak with native Czech speakers as well as other students. We'll bring the topics and also be at hand to help out.
Short Conversation
Do you mainly want to speak, but don’t have much time? Then you need short conversation sessions! 30-minute conversation sessions—no homework, no textbooks, no drilling—just speaking. You can suggest the topics, or we can—whichever you prefer. Come and practice speaking in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Online Langugage Tutoring
Do you want to learn Czech but don't have enough time? Try language tutoring! Study with a tutor behind your back. Each week you will receive 2-3 hours worth of material, feedback, support and once a fortnight have a short conversation with your tutor.
TUTORING
What will you do during tutoring?
- You'll study the topics you choose - we can practice real-life situations at government offices, at the doctor's or read Czech books
When will you study?
- Whenever you want! Once a week we'll send you study materials, and you can study in the morning at home, in the afternoon at a café, or even at night at the airport
How does tutoring work?
- You have your own class in Google Classroom containing your assignments and materials for the whole week. Afterwards, you'll receive feedback, support, and a new topic
Will I learn everything?
- Of course! In tutoring, we review, practice, speak and listen
Is tutoring right for me?
- I have an A1 level of Czech or higher
- I know why I want to learn Czech
- I have at least two hours of free time every week
- I have a busy schedule and don't want a fixed lesson time every week
- I'm not afraid of new challenges
CONVERSATION CLUB
– Want to speak Czech? We have a conversation club in Prague! Once a month, we meet in the evening at a pub, grab a beer or a coffee, and speak Czech. Every session features a different topic
– We’ll help you with new vocabulary, and you’ll also take home notes on your own mistakes so you can fix them
– We meet (approximately) on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. The club lasts one hour and costs 200 CZK. We have a lounge reserved at the café V Sedmém nebi (Zborovská 68)
– The club is designed for students at the A2–B1 level, but don’t worry if you’re not quite there yet – we’ll be there to support you
